Car parking at Conference Aston must be booked online before your arrival.

Please visit www.conferenceaston.co.uk/carparking to reserve and pay for your parking space. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your parking permit (to display in your windscreen) and the entry code for the car park.

As availability cannot be guaranteed on the day, delegates are strongly encouraged to book their parking in advance of travelling.

The Hotel and Conference Centre is located on the Aston University campus in Birmingham City Centre, easy to get to by road, rail and air. Here you'll find handy guidance on how to get here, however you're travelling.

A City Centre location means exceptional public transport, from three mainline train stations to the Midland Metro tram service, these are often the most sustainable choice. Taking the train can help you reduce your carbon footprint over taking a standard family petrol or diesel car.

The hotel is located within the Birmingham Clean Air Zone, covering all routes into the city centre when turning off the A4540 Ring Road at any junction. Check your vehicle prior to travelling.
