Daniel von der Heide is Managing Director & Shareholder of VDH Group including Mehldau & Steinfath Umwelttechnik GmbH and HKL Anlagenbau GmbH, two engineering companies that he leads together with his brother as the second generation of the family business. Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, he has been part of the family business since his university years. He began his career as a Project Manager and Commissioning Engineer, gaining extensive hands-on experience in industrial plant engineering before moving into executive leadership.
