Philipp Bodelier is a Modernizations and Upgrades Development Manager for Siemens Energy’s Industrial Steam Turbines, based in Muelheim an der Ruhr, Germany. His team focuses on M&U solutions to improve operation, reliability, flexibility, and efficiency in changing market environments. Siemens Energy supports their customers on their path towards decarbonization and provides efficient, reliable technologies, and service solutions that aim to further increase the value of steam turbine assets.

After joining Siemens in 2012, Philipp held various positions in different areas, including Solar Energy, Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine technology.

In these previous roles he was also working as a Project Engineer on construction sites for new Combined Cycle Power Plants in the Americas, Asia, Africa and Europe.
