Helen is Head of Construction at Encyclis and has led the development of the Protos Carbon Capture project throughout the last three years, managing the planning, permitting, EPC Contract negotiations and discussions and negotiations with the T&S.  Following the project reaching FID last year she has continued to manage the project through implementation.  Her background is as a project manager delivering energy from waste projects and brings that real world project delivery experience to the carbon capture project.
