Having worked within the Waste to Energy sector for 25 years from Plant Attendant to Plant Manager I have gained great hands-on operational experience. Heavily involved in plant life extension projects whilst managing an operation to achieve maximum availability and excellent performance. I joined MRS Ltd, the UK subsidiary and part of the Martin GmbH group in 2023 and have played a part in growing the UK market for the group. A great part of the job is working with so many passionate people who are proud to be part of such well-established OEM’s like LAB, Explosion Power, Loibl all of whom are part of the Martin group and whom we at MRS represent. Their passion is always looking to innovate and improve the technology. It is very rewarding to partner with clients and together help them optimise their assets and achieve their objectives.
