Antonio Alarcon is an electromechanical engineer and currently Product Portfolio Manager for flue gas emissions solutions at ENGIE Laborelec. With over 20 years of experience in power generation, he has held various technical and managerial roles across conventional power plants and at Laborelec. Over the past five years, Antonio has focused on Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, contributing to projects in natural gas combined cycle plants, coal-fired units, waste incinerators, and the glass and cement industries. His expertise includes SCR retrofits, catalyst lifecycle management, field services, troubleshooting, and asset performance optimization.
